Return Policy

SecureDAM software products are digital files, hence there are no means to physically "return" the product for a refund or exchange. Therefore we do not grant refunds. However, we will replace a damaged file with the same file, if such a request is made.

Additionally, SecureDAM does not grant installation service refunds or refunds for customer failure to ascertain that their server, or third party ISP, meets the requirements of SecureDAM products.

SecureDAM products and services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall SecureDAM be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
